Domestic Shipping & Delivery:

UPS Ground shipments generally will arrive to you within one to seven business days of ship date, depending on your location. There are varieties of expedited shipping options if you are needing your product faster such as; 3-Day Select shipments that will arrive within three business days, 2-Day Air shipments will arrive within two business days, and Next-Day Air shipments that will arrive the following business day. All faster shipping options will incur an additional fee. Please note that our Shipping & Order Cutoff Applies.

Shipping & Order Cutoff:

Bake's order cutoff for processing orders is 12 P.M. Pacific Standard Time. This means all orders placed before noon will begin processing the same day where orders placed after 12 P.M. will begin processing for shipping the following business day or as soon as possible. This cutoff applies to all orders regardless of shipping method chosen.

Domestic Shipping Methods (Continental United States):

  • In Store Pick Up - FREE! Pick Up at Bake's in Issaquah, Washington
  • UPS Ground - Delivered typically by the end of the day in two-six business days.
  • UPS 3 Day Select - Delivered typically by the end of the day in three business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivered typically by 10:30 AM in two business days.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver - Delivered typically by 3:00 PM the next business day.
  • UPS Next Day Air - Delivered typically by 10:30 AM the next business day.
  • UPS Next Day Air Early AM - Delivered as early as 8:00 AM the next business day.




International Shipping:

International Shipping Powered by Bongo International Checkout

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "Outside The U.S.?" button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.



Shipping Discrepancies:

Contact us immediately with any errors in your shipment (i.e. wrong zip code, transposed numbers, etc.), so that we can handle the problem as soon as possible. Report your shipping error to shipping@bakesmarine.com so that we can make the proper corrections and get your package to you as fast as possible.

Returns:

If you decide that the new or unused item(s) is not going to work out, you have up to 30 days to return your purchase from your date of purchase. All returns must have a return authorization (RA) processed in order to be accepted. The return and original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Please see Bakes Return Policy Qualifications below.

Exchanges:

To exchange your item for something else, it is best to place a new order through our website and return your other item for a refund. That way you get your new item quickly and do not risk it selling out. As always, feel free to give us a call to set up your exchange or have any questions.

Return Policy Qualifications:

In order to qualify for a full refund or exchange, item(s) must be returned in new and unused original condition, including the manufacturer's packaging it was sold in, tags, documentation and any accessories within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please do not ship the merchandise you are returning to us in its retail packaging. Please use the shipping box the product was delivered in or a new box. All returns must have a return authorization (RA) processed in order to be accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance, except in the event of a Bakes error. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number when you ship a return. No return shipments will be accepted freight collect or C.O.D., shipping must be prepaid to Bakes. Returns that qualify for a refund will entitle the purchaser to a credit for the appropriate amount. Credits will only be issued to the same account that was charged at the time of the initial purchase. Returns will be processed within three business days after receiving them. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days (2 weeks) for the refunds to be posted to your original payment method. Discount, closeout and custom manufactured merchandise is not included in this return policy.

*We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met.

 
 

The following must apply for returns to be accepted:

  1. A RA # or Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Bakes Online by contacting us at paul@bakesmarine.com or by calling 425-392-7599
  2. As stated above, merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date purchased.
  3. Item(s) must be returned in original new condition in its original packaging.
  4. Any custom manufactured purchases including wakeboard towers, bimini tops, boat covers and any other custom merchandise sales are final and may not be refunded.
Special Notes:

All products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty. In the case that a product breaks or is defective, contact Bakes Online to receive a return authorization number, send back the product packed well with the return authorization number written on the box so Bakes can facilitate a warranty repair or exchange.
